	Built in 1737,with the barn and its separate apartment added in 1846,and the restored second house about the same time, this watermill is in good structural order.
It has been lived in since built, and though it could use some redecoration now, is perfectly habitable. It has four bedrooms. The main mill part could be used as further accommodation, and is large and well lit; commercial use would be very possible here.The separate house, fully restored, has another three bedrooms. There is another apartment to restore at one end of the 150mē barn. The buildings stand in grounds of 3.5 hectares by a charming river; there is no history of flooding however!
