| The ground floor is laid out on an open plan, with an entrance from the carport in the garden, which is accessed from a side lane, into a lobby with a wc washroom on the right, and a nice modern kitchen diner on the left. The floors are diagonally tiled, there are many original features, such as beams and exposed stone, and the bread oven is internally lit and currently used as a drinks cabinet. The modern features blend in well and have been selected with taste. The living room has a granite insert type fireplace, and up three steps is a dining room; from this is a utility area made in the barn which can be further extended into to create a house more than twice the current size.
