	This secluded Provençal-style villa set in the foothills of Grasse, is approached by a long drive from a quiet road near the pretty village of Plascassier. It is 5 miles from Grasse, 15 miles from Cannes, and 25 miles from Nice and the airport.
The ancient little town of Valbonne, with several small restaurants in its picturesque cobbled streets, is 10 minutes away by car. The Villa has one and a half acres of grounds with superb views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated swimming pool with diving board and excellent pool house facilities, including a barbecue, fridge and separate shower and W.C. with hand basin. The pool house, a brick and timber building with typical Provençal style roof set among landscaped lawns, trees, shrubs and flowerbeds, affords an excellent setting for meals by the pool with beautiful views of the valley.
