	Villa Rouge. A comfortable villa which sleeps 8 adults - available all year round thanks to our fantastic climate. Every room overlooks the sea (400 mtrs as the crow flies). 2 golf courses within 7kms. 4 ports and 10 kms of beach to choose from. Monte Carlo 1 hour drive. Train routes hug the coastline giving a 'by the sea' view of the whole coastline from Marseilles to Italy The Cote d'Azur, is probably the restaurant capital of the World.
Luxury Mediterranean Villa This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, provencale style villa built to the owners high, specifications is located above the bay of Theoule-sur-Mer. The commanding sea view is one of the best in the area and the villa is situated in the most exquisite location. The constant activity of boats adds to this picturesque, panoramic view, encompassing mountains, ports and the beautiful Mediterranean bay. The accommodation is spread over three floors with its own lift, spacious patios and swimming pool. Entering the front door into the hallway you are led from here to an external patio/veranda/solarium with the most incredible sea views to Cannes, the snow covered French Alps and the Mediterranean sea where sunbathing in complete privacy is a difficult option to resist. Ground floor accommodation includes a large sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen which leads out to the spacious garden patios with rustic steps leading down to the kidney-shaped pool. The second floor houses the bedrooms and bathrooms, each with the same exquisite views. One of the bedrooms has its own private patio/veranda. This is one of the most secluded but central places on the Cote D'Azur. As one would expect where the sun shines most of the year round, leisure facilities are in abundance. There are sporting clubs, leisure centres, horse riding, para-gliding, tennis, swimming, theatre, golf (there are three courses within fifteen minutes drive and at least a dozen within an hour and half drive). There is even a private airport at Mandelieu only 10 minutes away!
We cannot allow pets in the villa - sorry. You may smoke in the villa if you are sensible and careful. The property is unsuitable for children under 10 years of age.
