Situated on a sunny hillside in the quiet and exclusive Super Cannes, 7 minutes from Cannes town centre with it's restaurants, harbour and sandy beaches. Overlooking Cannes and Cannes bay with views to the Esterel Mountains, the Lerin Islands and on a clear day to Corsica. Only 25 minutes from Nice airport. The Cote d' Azur has a lovely climate all the year. The hottest months being July and August. Ski resorts ( Auron and Isola 2000 ) approximately 1.5 and 2.5 hours drive from the house. This villa has an attractive swimming pool and pretty garden with sunny or shady corners depending on your preference. There is a covered terrace for outside dining and barbecue.
