	Nice is the most highly cultural, vibrant and fascinating resort on the French Riviera and this luxurious stylish and spacious apartment is situated in a wonderfully commanding position on raised ground at Mont Boron, the most sought after part of Nice. It enjoys truly spectacular views day and night. To the South and South East the sparkling Mediterranean, to the South West across the beautiful Bay of Angels to Antibes and beyond, some 25 miles to the Esterel Mountains, to the West along the famous Promenade des Anglais, the Chateau Hill and behind that the town. To the North West the magnificent mountains standing behind Grasse and St Paul de Vence. At night time the Chateau Hill is dramatically illuminated and tens of thousands of lights twinkle all around the bay.
No single photograph, day or night could match the experience of seeing this 180 º panorama of the Cote d' Azur. This luxury apartment has a good sized entrance hall which leads to a very stylishly furnished large lounge/dining room with French windows out on to the balcony and a further large window also giving wonderful sea views. There is a newly fitted ' kitchen Amercaine ' which also has French windows out on to the balcony. The double bedroom is large again and has French windows out on to the balcony with the same fantastic views. Everything in the apartment has been designed for total visual pleasure in the Art Deco style to give a true feeling of the French Riviera. The balcony is fully equipped with marble topped dining table and chairs, sunloungers and there is a full width electrically operated sun blind to give shade on the balcony should you require it and to keep the apartment cooler on very hot days. The apartments have private parking which is absolutely vital anywhere along the French Riviera whether you arrive by car or hire a car for a few days whilst you are here, but also we have our own large garage perfectly situated at ground floor level right beside the main entrance to the apartments. For those who prefer not to walk, nor drive there is a bus stop 150yards from the apartment. It is a seven minute stroll to the beaches, marina,old port surrounded by a marvellous selection of charming restaurants. It is less than 10minutes to the Chateau Hill and Park, The Old Town, Flower Market, Antiques Quarter and the Promenade des Anglais.
