This villa benefits from magnificent views over the bay of Cannes, with Lerin Isles and on a clear day , Corsica in the distance.
Although away from the larger tourist filled towns of the Cote d' Azur, you are only 40 minutes from Nice airport and 30 minutes from Cannes. Enter the property through wrought iron automatic gates and drive up to a large two car garage. Walk up stone steps to the spring fed pool and small pool house with toilet, shower, bar fridge and electric hob. A healthy walk (45 steps) will bring you onto the large stone terrace of the Bastide, with outside dining, gas barbeque and relaxing chairs to enable you to get maximum pleasure from the view. (Disputed as being the best on the Cote d' Azur.) Accommodation.
