	Built in 1994, Chez Saligault has been carefully planned and decorated to a high standard throughout. The rooms are bright and airy, the grounds & swimming pool attractive & well maintained. The property also has a PRIVATE FISHING LAKE (1 hectare) situated just one-km from the house in open countryside, a pretty place to fish or to sit and have a picnic.
The house is situated in a small hamlet; the rear of the property (terrace & swimming pool) has spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding fields and woodland. The nearest facitities are just 3 kms away in Montmoreau, which boasts supermarkets, a butcher, boulangerie, post office, chemist and a bank. Leisure pursuits in this region include tennis, river swimming, horse-riding, golf and canoe hire. The area is one of outstanding natural beauty and provides walking and cycling for all abilities.
The accommodation consists of a large tiled sitting/dining room with television, video player and hi-fi. This room has French doors opening on to a small terrace at the front of the property and on to a larger terrace at the rear which overlooks the swimming pool. A well-equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dish washer and a large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. Three double bedrooms (one on the ground floor), a bedroom sleeping three (cabin bed - double bed at the top with a single bed below), a shower room, and a bathroom. There is also a small laundry area in the cellar with washing machine and tumble dryer and a games room with table tennis and darts. The 6 x 12 mt swimming pool is situated close to the house for easy supervision, there are sunloungers, barbecue and garden table and chairs. REDUCTIONS GIVEN TO SMALLER PARTIES IN MID SEASON.
