	Open all year around, the Grange at La Fournerie is a perfect place to unwind and relax or to use as a base for excursions to some of Frances best attractions.
Our large barn conversion has impressive south facing views from it's private terrace area, kitchen and master bedroom. Gaze for hours past the 2 acre lawn at mile upon mile of typical Cognac countryside. Two other good sized bedrooms look out on the typical Charentais farm courtyard. Three bedrooms comfortably sleeping 8. Two bathrooms, one en-suite. A very large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Lots of space and light. In accordance with Gites de France “3 Epis” standards, the Grange has a well equipped kitchen + TV/video, hair dryer, bed and kitchen linen, towels, pool towels, washing machine, bbq and a private terrace area. In addition, electricity is included as is heating in the cooler months.
The magnificent atlantic coast and the Charente region need a life time to explore, including the famous nearby towns of Angouleme, La Rochelle, Rochefort, Saintes and ofcourse Cognac which is only 10 minutes away.
