	The farmhouse , dating from the middle 18th century, lies in the heart of Cognac country. It is situated in a samll hamlet named ' Le Moulin Vieux ' on the edge of the village Ars.
The river Ne runs at the end of the lane. The house is perfectly placed for visiting the surrounding countryside, historic towns and villages, or the coast ( 45mins - 1 hour by car ) The town of Cognac is a 10 minute drive. The village itself has a bakery, general store and bar within easy walking distance.
Relax completely amongst the vineyards and sun flowers in this well appointed 5 - bedroomed house which can sleep up to12 people. Each bedroom is equipped with shower and hand basin and there is plenty of room to relax, indoors or out. A large garden with pool is available for the whole family.
