	A newly renovated farmhouse situated in the small village of Boutenac Touvent where local amenities include a Restaurant, a garage, tabac and a 'depot de pain' (Bread delivery). Further amenities including a small supermarket, butchers, boulangeie, doctors, chemist and a newsagents can be found at nearby Gemozac (9kms) and Mortagne (3kms).
Within easy reach are the sandy beaches of MescherS (33 miles), St Georges de Didonne (16.5 miles) and Royan (17 miles). Royan is a delightful coastal town which provides a large choice of restaurants (many serving delicious seafood), shops and markets. Local leisure pursuits include tennis, golf, cycle hire and a large waterpark with chutes, slides and indoor/outdoor pool areas with rapids, waterfalls and jacuzzi. One of the largest zoos in Europe is situated at La Palmyre.
The accommodation has been renovated and furnished to a high standard and is spacious, light and airy. The ground floor consists of a large open plan living/dining room with soft furnishings, a sofa bed, a large original stone fireplace and table and chairs for eight. The small kitchen area is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor is made up of two double bedrooms, one twin room, two shower rooms and a separate WC. There is a large stone terrace at the side of the house with a barbecue and garden furniture for long leisurely meals 'al fresco'.
